MacMann Berg is an international consultancy company. We work with leadership and organisation development, inspired by systemic, constructionist and appreciative ideas and practices. A part of our work involves a large international network of organisations researchers and practitioners.

Our ambition is to be leading in our field by mixing an innovative approach to organisational- and business development, in close partnership with leading thinkers and practitioners’ worldwide. This means that we offer internationally up-to-date services and thereby take part in creating the organisations, leaders, and employees of the future.
We believe
At MacMann Berg, we believe that the knowledge and competencies that an organisation needs, to a large extent, are available among the organisation’s own employees. Consequently, it is crucial to develop a learning culture that focuses on reflection, knowledge sharing, and the development of competencies. In this connection, we see the management as the central creator of culture within the organisation, and the development of managers is an important element in any organisation development. For this reason, it is a priority for us that consultants at MacMann Berg have many years’ consultancy and management experience as well as a broad theoretical foundation.
